1) Own End-to-End Performance Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms to drive leads, revenue, and customer acquisition.
2) Manage Large-Scale Paid Campaigns
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-budget campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS, CAC, CPL, and conversion metrics.
3) Lead Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, attribution models, and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve overall marketing efficiency.
4) Optimize Conversion Funnels
Work closely with design, content, and product teams to improve landing pages, ad creatives, user journeys, and conversion rates across all channels.
5) Handle Budget Planning & Forecasting
Manage monthly and quarterly media budgets, forecasting spend and expected returns while ensuring cost efficiency and revenue growth.
6) Lead and Mentor the Performance Team
Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, media buyers, analysts, and agency partners to achieve business KPIs and maintain high execution standards.
7) Drive SEO, Retargeting & Growth Initiatives
Collaborate on SEO, remarketing, email automation, and growth marketing initiatives to improve retention and maximize customer lifetime value.
8) Track Analytics & Reporting
Create detailed performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to present actionable insights to leadership.
9) Stay Updated with Industry Trends
Continuously monitor digital marketing trends, platform updates, bidding strategies, AI tools, and competitor activities to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
10) Collaborate Across Departments
Partner with sales, creative, product, and business teams to align marketing goals with overall business objectives and ensure seamless campaign execution.
