About The Role
We’re looking for a
Senior Performance Marketing Manager who is execution-focused, data-driven, and comfortable owning performance across both
traditional paid media and ABM advertising platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the tools—launching campaigns, optimising daily, and using account and intent intelligence to drive meaningful business outcomes.
You will manage paid media across
LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, and Demandbase Advertising, with a strong focus on brand visibility, demand generation, and high-quality account engagement. You’re not just running ads—you’re using performance and intent data to understand buying behaviour and improve ROI across the funnel.
What Makes The Role Successful
Paid Campaign Execution & Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across
LinkedIn, Google Ads (Search & Display), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Demandbase Advertising.
Own targeting, bidding, budgeting, and pacing across platforms to reach relevant audiences, buying groups, and priority accounts.
Continuously test creatives, messaging, formats, and placements to improve engagement, conversion rates, and efficiency.
Account-Based Advertising & Intent Activation (Demandbase)
Execute
account-based advertising campaigns directly within Demandbase, activating target account lists across display, native, video, and LinkedIn integrations.
Use Demandbase advertising capabilities to reach
specific accounts, buying groups, and decision-makers based on firmographic, technographic, and intent signals.
Optimise Demandbase campaigns using
Account Intent, Engagement Minutes, Qualification Score, and Pipeline Predict Score to prioritise spend toward in-market accounts.
Translate account engagement data into campaign adjustments—refining messaging, creative sequencing, and channel mix based on where accounts are in their buying journey.
Align Demandbase advertising closely with LinkedIn and Google campaigns to create a cohesive, multi-touch ABM motion.
Performance Monitoring & Intelligence
Monitor daily performance across CPL, CTR, ROAS, account engagement, and pipeline influence.
Combine platform metrics with
Demandbase advertising and account-level insights to evaluate true campaign effectiveness beyond lead volume.
Identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and high-performing account segments, and implement optimisations quickly.
Use
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, Factors and Demandbase dashboards to track performance holistically.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation
Own lead and account-level outcomes, ensuring paid efforts deliver
qualified leads from priority accounts.
Implement and optimise full-funnel tracking—from first ad interaction to CRM-qualified leads and sales engagement.
Collaborate on landing page and funnel optimisation to improve conversion rates and reduce friction.
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards that reflect
channel, account, and pipeline performance.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, learnings, and optimisation actions.
Track attribution across paid media and Demandbase touchpoints.
Email Marketing & CRM Integration
Support email campaigns and nurture journeys using platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp.
Ensure paid campaigns (including Demandbase Ads) are accurately integrated with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as
HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot.
Maintain clean tagging, lead flow accuracy, and data hygiene for reliable reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing paid media and performance marketing.
- Proven experience executing Demandbase Advertising campaigns as part of an ABM or enterprise demand strategy.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads.
- Solid understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), buying groups, and intent-led advertising.
- Ability to interpret intent, engagement, and pipeline signals and translate them into actionable campaign optimisations.
- Proficiency with GA4, UTM frameworks, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and performance reporting.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with multiple live campaigns.
