Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Manager in the Private Client Group (PCG), based in Kolkata. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the organization’s PCG client base by providing personalized wealth management solutions. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, portfolio advisory, identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, delivering consistent and superior client service, and meeting investment goals. The role also involves conducting market research, monitoring investment portfolios, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in wealth management, including portfolio advisory, investment planning, and client-specific financial recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills, with a client-focused approach
- Good analytical and research abilities to assess market trends and recommend suitable investment strategies
- Knowledge of financial products, asset classes, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in financial software and digital tools for portfolio management and investment operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA/CA/CFA qualifications are a plus
- Prior experience in the financial services, private wealth, or capital markets sector is highly desirable
