Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue through ATL and BTL advertising solutions by partnering with national brands. The role focuses on delivering integrated marketing campaigns combining large-scale visibility with hyperlocal engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive ad sales revenue by onboarding and managing national and regional brands, along with agencies and SMBs
- Pitch and sell ATL (digital, display, brand campaigns) and BTL (on-ground activations, society campaigns) solutions
- Build customized integrated marketing plans for brands based on their objectives
- Develop strong relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and media agencies
- Execute BTL campaigns including activations, kiosks, and direct outreach
- Coordinate ATL campaigns such as digital promotions and branding initiatives
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and ensure client satisfaction
- Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Integrated Marketing
- Experience working with national and/or regional brands
- Strong understanding of ATL & BTL marketing strategies
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Strong network with brands and agencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Background:
- Experience in hyperlocal or on-ground activation-driven sales
- Exposure to industries like FMCG, retail, real estate, or e-commerce
- Experience managing both brand and performance-driven campaigns
