Role : Senior Manager, Partnering & Performance APMEA
Location : Hyderabad
Job Purpose/Overview
- The Partnering & Performance Manager is responsible for enhancing the partnership with segments in APMEA and
- the performance culture for MGS Commercial in APMEA.
- This role needs to challenge the current ways of thinking by leading and collaborating on change initiatives with an
- enterprise strategy mindset. This will enable MGS Commercial to leverage our global scale, skills and expertise while
- servicing our segments local business needs.
- The role will focus on identifying, creating and embedding best practice to accelerate value cross-segment and crosscategory,
- including the creation & implementation of project deliverables, establishing milestones and driving
- operational excellence.
- The role has a high impact on critical business processes of MGS Commercial Indirects to drive accelerated value and
- quality and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead AEP and iVCP process, partnering with global P&P lead and regional segments Performance leads;\
- Lead regional regular performance tracking, collaborate with cluster leads and Regional category sourcing leads to ensure
- we meet or exceed our target and drive strong performance culture
- Lead regular regional stakeholder engagement activities
- Support regular regional category community in partnership with regional category leads
- Support transformation and change initiatives to create and sustain world-class procurement performance
- Ensures compliance to Commercial Governance, Commercial policies, systems & controls. Supports internal audit process,
- tracks performance and drives continuous improvement of Commercial governance within the region
- Lead APMEA management team and regional leadership regular meeting agenda
- Lead regional associates' communication, e.g. APMEA Commercial Townhall..etc
- Serve as advisor on Operational Excellence policies, practices and procedures - working closely with the MGS Commercial
- Service (MGS CS) and finance to drive compliance across the business.
- Collaborate with Capability team and support Commercial associate capability building
- Benchmark Indirect Buying practices with the external world in order to roadmap clear milestones to move MGSCommercial to world-class.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
Education & Professional Qualifications
- University Degree, ideally Business related or supply chain, finance, procurement, engineering
Knowledge / Experience
- Experience in project management
- Commercial (procurement) experience
- Category management is preferred
- Strong analytical and technical skills required in Excel and database management.
- Fluent in English
