Responsibility:
- Identify and build connect at CxO level of potential corporate partners and sign them up for the CoE program – from both technology and manufacturing companies
- Engage with existing partners and get the inputs in terms of the expectations they have from CoE. Provide recommendations to CoE team about the real expectations from partners
- Help in driving the CoE messaging via different channels like website, social media etc
- Represent CoE at relevant conferences / forums
- Help CoE team in better articulating the value proposition that CoE provides and how our partners can benefit
- Help in defining the matrices that CoE should maintain in terms of what value add we are providing to our partners. Perform periodic assessment as to whether we are on track or need to pivot.
Qualification:
- Engineering degree from reputable institutes, MBA would be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 10+ years of sales experience, with hands-on knowledge and experience with online and offline sales. End-to-end sales experience, from lead generation to contract closure and getting invoice payments is necessary.
- Sales experience of technology products will be preferred. Experience in selling to manufacturing / logistics / healthcare enterprises is preferred. Expected to have good connections in user industry.
- Should be ready to travel as and when required in the line of work.
- Positive attitude and maturity to interact with top leadership are necessary attributes.
