Role Description
The Senior Manager - Operations (Food Services) will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing food service teams, overseeing budget performance, maintaining health and safety standards, and driving customer satisfaction. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and relationship-building with stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills, with experience in food service operations and team leadership.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control to ensure profitability and financial compliance.
- Expertise in maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards in food service environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in the contract food service industry or similar fields is a plus.
