Position: Senior Manager – Onboarding


Band: F (PMU), Salary - 17.25-29.50 LPA

Location: UIDAI HQ, Delhi

Educational Qualifications

  • BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA


Experience

  • Minimum 10 years
  • Professional writing experience in policies, guidelines and product documents.
  • Knowledge of Aadhaar authentication and APls is an advantage.
  • Experience of working on a Government Project will be an advantage.
  • Work experience in financial domain will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as a team player.
  • Experience in interacting directly with senior officials in the government corporate sector and Proficient written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience in creating professional looking and visualling appealing communication/ presentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.


Key Responsibilities

  • The Job description includes deploying the AUA on-boarding process and guidelines as defined by the UIDAI to support the entities in enabling Aadhaar-based authentication.
  • To coordinate with entities in order to resolve their technical data related issues regarding authentication services.
  • To Monitor and ensure necessary business/technical compliances by requesting entities.
  • To conduct workshops with entities to explain onboarding requirements, audit requirements, checklists, templates, reporting format.
  • lnterface with all stakeholders as required -entities applying for use of authentication services, FI division, Support team, internet security team, Data Centre etc. during process of on-boarding.
  • Ensuring and monitoring the business and technical processes laid out UIDAI are compiled by stakeholders.
  • Ensure continuous flow of new ideas and concepts aligned with defined strategic objectives.
  • Align new ideation with the vision and direction of organization strategy and instill capabilities required to drive more innovative processes.
  • Policy formulation for onboarding and Audit procedures.
