Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manager role based in Thane. As a Senior Manager specializing in mortgages, you will oversee and manage mortgage loan origination processes, develop marketing strategies for mortgage products, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and meet organizational objectives. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong client relationships and monitor financial performance metrics across mortgage products.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Lending and Loan Origination processes
- Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing with a focus on product promotion and customer acquisition
- Strong understanding of Finance and financial principles related to mortgage solutions
- Proven ability to navigate the regulatory environment and provide compliance assurance
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive business development goals
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Experience in analytics and leveraging data to enhance product strategies is highly desirable
