Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Kochi, responsible for managing and scaling mortgage servicing operations with a focus on precision, compliance, and portfolio performance.
The Senior Manager will lead end-to-end servicing functions, including loan boarding, escrow administration, exception resolution, portfolio reconciliation, and large-scale transfer stabilization. This role requires driving operational rigor, ensuring adherence to regulatory and client standards, and building high-performing teams aligned to delivery excellence.
You will serve as a key operator interfacing with client stakeholders, translating business objectives into execution frameworks, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes across the servicing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale mortgage servicing operations with full accountability for delivery, quality, and SLAs
- Oversee loan onboarding, escrow management, exception handling, and portfolio reconciliation
- Drive stabilization of portfolio transfers with minimal disruption and controlled execution
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and client-specific compliance frameworks
- Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performance teams with a strong culture of ownership and accountability
- Act as a strategic liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders
Qualification
- Deep expertise in U.S. mortgage servicing operations, regulatory standards, and compliance frameworks
- Strong understanding of the broader mortgage ecosystem, including originations and lending models
- Solid financial and portfolio management acumen with an ability to interpret operational impact on portfolio performance
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and complex operations environments
- Proven track record in process optimization, risk mitigation, and client relationship management
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role within mortgage servicing or related domains preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or industry certifications are advantageous
