Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - MIS at ICICI Securities, located in Thane. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing MIS functions, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of reports, analyzing financial and operational data, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The role also includes collaborating with various teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure robust data management and reporting practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Data Analytics to create, manage, and analyze detailed and high-quality reporting processes.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Information Technology, with the ability to use tools and systems for effective data management and decision-making.
- Experience in financial processes and reporting, along with understanding financial data to drive improved business outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
- Experience in the securities or financial sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
