- Define and maintain key messaging, tone of voice, and visual language consistency across all communication channels.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to elevate the firm’s profile through media exposure, industry recognition, and thought leadership initiatives.
Media Relations & Press Coordination
- Build and sustain strong relationships with editors, journalists, and media partners in architecture, design, and lifestyle sectors.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and editorial content that accurately represent the firm’s projects and philosophy.
- Coordinate interviews, feature stories, and speaking engagements for firm leadership.
- Maintain and expand the firm’s media database and track coverage across print and digital platforms.
Awards, Publications & Industry Recognition
- Develop and manage the firm’s annual awards calendar — identifying relevant opportunities, preparing high-quality submissions, and tracking outcomes.
- Research and maintain knowledge of emerging award programs and media platforms relevant to architecture and design.
- Oversee relationships with design publications to secure coverage, guest features, and collaboration opportunities.
Content Development & Storytelling
- Collaborate with design teams to craft accurate, engaging project narratives, case studies, and firm profiles for publication and presentations.
- Ensure all public-facing content (press materials, website updates, brochures, social posts) aligns with the firm’s brand standards.
- Support the preparation of communication materials for events, exhibitions, and speaking engagements.
Internal Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between design, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of information shared externally.
- Manage information flow for new project announcements, press approvals, and award submissions.
- Coordinate with external PR agencies, photographers, and consultants when required.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze media coverage, maintaining an organized press archive and performance reports.
- Provide insights on communications performance, visibility trends, and competitor positioning to inform future strategy.
