Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Manager Marketing to lead end-to-end brand strategy, communication development and execution excellence across markets.
This role goes beyond communication planning. You will own brand building with a commercial lens, shaping portfolio strategy, leading launches, driving growth initiatives and ensuring brand consistency across retail and e- commerce touchpoints.
You will work directly with the leadership team to define the next phase of Pawfect’s brand evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio, Insight s Innovation Strategy
o Shape 1–3-year brand and portfolio roadmap aligned to global growth ambitions and strategic plan
o Own brand positioning, communication hierarchy and portfolio laddering
o Identify white spaces and lead innovation from concept to launch
o Translate consumer, category and competitive insights into sharp growth strategies
o Lead packaging, pricing and NPD strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Integrated Communication, Media s Digital Marketing
o Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, retail and experiential touch points
o Lead creative agencies to deliver first-time-right assets in line to the defined positioning
o Own brand storytelling across marketplaces, D2C and retail
o Drive media planning, performance tracking and content optimisation
o Build strong engagement frameworks including influencer, UGC and activation programs
Commercial Ownership
o Own brand PCL in partnership with commercial leadership
o Drive volume, revenue, margin and market share growth
o Align brand investments with ROI and contribution targets
o Partner with e-commerce and sales teams to improve communication, conversion and repeat
o Ensure execution excellence and disciplined tracking of KPIs
Requirements
o 3–5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing (FMCG, premium food, wellness, pet, or D2C preferred)
o Experience launching and scaling new-age young brands
o Strong understanding of integrated marketing and digital ecosystem
o Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
o Strong stakeholder management and agency handling experience
o Entrepreneurial, hands-on, builder mindset
o Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
o Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
o Passion for pets and knowledge of the pet food market is a plus.
o MBA preferred but not mandatory for exceptional passionate candidates.
