Location: Remote, India
Revenue Optics is hiring a Senior Manager, Marketing & Creative to own both the demand side of marketing and the creative production engine that powers it. This is not a siloed role you will be equally responsible for pipeline-generating programs and for the brand, web, and content assets that make them land. This role is built for a senior marketer who came up through creative, or a creative leader who has grown into demand generation and growth strategy. You will set the editorial and campaign roadmap, manage a small creative team, and report directly to the CEO.
About the Role
The path from Senior Manager to Director is explicit and tied to performance: pipeline contribution, team development, and brand market presence. We are building this function, not inheriting one.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Strategic Marketing
- Build and execute a demand generation strategy that drives qualified pipeline across inbound and outbound channels
- Own the content roadmap — thought leadership, case studies, email programs, and SEO — aligned to revenue objectives
- Design and run ABM campaigns targeting distributors, PE-backed operators, and enterprise sales leaders
- Define and track marketing KPIs: MQLs, pipeline influenced, content engagement, and CAC contribution
- Partner with the CEO and sales team to align messaging, positioning, and campaign timing to deal cycles
Creative, Web & Brand Leadership
- Lead and manage the creative team — designers, web, and video — setting quality standards and production cadence
- Own the Revenue Optics brand: visual identity, tone of voice, design system, and brand guidelines
- Oversee website strategy, UX, and performance — ensuring it functions as a demand generation asset, not just a brochure
- Direct video content production: thought leadership clips, client stories, platform explainers, and event content
- Serve as the creative approver across all external-facing assets: decks, reports, social, ads, and event materials
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience spanning both strategic marketing and creative leadership — not one or the other
- You have owned a pipeline or lead generation target before, and you know how to connect creative output to revenue outcomes
- You have directly managed a creative team — designers, web, or video — and held them to both quality and delivery standards
- You are fluent in B2B marketing: content strategy, email nurture, ABM, SEO, and campaign attribution
- You are as comfortable writing a creative brief as you are presenting a marketing plan to a CEO
- You thrive in lean, high-ownership environments — you build the system rather than wait for it
- Experience in SaaS, distribution, or B2B services is a strong advantage
Required Skills
- A functioning demand generation engine: content calendar, email program, and at least two ABM campaigns live
- A clean, high-converting website that reflects current positioning and generates inbound leads
- A creative team operating with clear processes, briefs, and output quality that matches the Revenue Optics brand
- Marketing attribution in place — the CEO can see what campaigns are driving pipeline
- A documented brand and content playbook that any future hire can onboard from
Preferred Skills
This role has a clearly defined growth track. Promotion to Director of Marketing & Creative is tied to three things:
- Demonstrated pipeline contribution — marketing-sourced or influenced revenue with attribution
- Team development — building a creative team that operates independently and at scale
- Brand market presence — Revenue Optics is recognized in the B2B distribution and PE-backed operator space
We expect the right candidate to be operating at Director level within 12–18 months.
