Experience Required

  • 5–10 years of experience in the advertising / marketing field.
  • Proven experience in managing large marketing teams (minimum 50 members).
  • Experience in multi-location or branch-based marketing operations is preferred.
  • Capable of managing an annual marketing budget of 12Cr.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company-wide marketing strategy aligned with D'LIFE’s growth vision and business targets.
  • Plan and optimize branch-wise and company-wide marketing spend with clear ROI metrics, including budget allocation for online and offline campaigns.
  • Own lead generation as the primary objective, ensuring structured generation of a minimum of 7–10 qualified leads per Client Manager (excluding walk-ins and referrals), with continuous monitoring and course correction.
  • Monitor and drive performance of Silver Envoy leads and other special lead programmes to ensure quality and conversion.
  • Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across digital, print, outdoor, showroom and micro-level local marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to D'LIFE’s video, visual, and design standards across all marketing outputs.
  • Lead and manage a team of 50+ marketing professionals (online, offline, creative, CR, and Envoy functions) with structured reporting, clear KPIs, and review mechanisms.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to build long-term scalability and succession within the marketing function.



Digital & Creative Marketing

  • Lead the creative team to develop high-engagement social media creatives and videos, and coordinate with the print department for timely production of collaterals.
  • Oversee online marketing initiatives including SEO, website performance, content strategy, and presence across social media platforms.
  • Ensure the social media pages are actively engaged with a minimum of one high-quality, brand-aligned post per day, along with timely responses to audience interactions.
  • Plan and execute multiple video shoots and campaigns (project showcases, client stories, brand films) that reflect D’LIFE’s aesthetics and standards.



Offline & Micro-Level Marketing

  • Drive offline presence generation through micro-level marketing activities for each branch (local branding, events, partnerships, outdoor media, and neighbourhood activation).
  • Align branch-level campaigns with overall brand guidelines while tailoring initiatives to local market dynamics and lead targets.
  • Track and review the effectiveness of offline activities using measurable metrics and feedback from branches.



Lead Generation & CR Team Management

  • Design and implement structured lead funnels and campaigns to support each branch in achieving lead targets per Client Manager.
  • Oversee the CR (Customer Relationship) team handling daily enquiry calls, database calls, and follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
  • Ensure timely and accurate client satisfaction reports and feedback loops to improve marketing communication and service experience.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and branch heads to improve lead quality, response time, and conversion ratios.



Envoy Programme & Referral Ecosystem

  • Oversee the Envoy Programme department to run structured referral and partner programmes.
  • Ensure referral programmes are aligned with brand values, communicated effectively, and tracked for performance and ROI.
