Role Overview
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition for Zykrr in India. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to closure, primarily targeting large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver new logo acquisition targets in the assigned region.
- Identify, research and prospect into target accounts (CX, Digital, Marketing, Customer Service, IT leaders).
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solutioning with pre‑sales, proposals, commercials, negotiation and closure.
- Build multi‑level relationships and manage complex buying groups across business functions.
- Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting.
- Work closely with marketing, pre‑sales and customer success to ensure smooth handover and strong first 90 days for new customers.
- Represent Zykrr at key events and CX forums.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of B2B SaaS / enterprise software sales experience, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
- Proven track record of closing mid‑to‑large enterprise deals in India.
- Experience selling to CX / Marketing / Digital / Customer Service / IT stakeholders is preferred.
- Strong consultative selling, storytelling and demo orchestration skills.
- Comfortable with complex sales cycles, multi‑stakeholder deals and solution selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to travel within region as needed.
- Ready to travel whenever and wherever needed.
