Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for the Senior Manager, Manager & Executive – Sales position. The role involves managing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Engagement
- Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and identify business opportunities
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience and ability to mentor and manage a sales team is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience or knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage
