Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager / Manager located in Vadodara. The selected candidate will oversee the daily operations of fire safety projects, manage client relationships, lead a team of professionals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising safety system installations, reporting findings, providing recommendations, and delivering high-quality training programs to clients and internal teams. The Manager will also be responsible for optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership abilities, project management experience, and the capability to manage teams effectively.
- Familiarity with fire safety audits, system installations, and compliance with regulatory safety standards.
- Experience in conducting training programs and creating safety manuals or documentation.
- Customer relationship management, client interaction, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Relevant certifications in fire safety or occupational safety are an advantage.
- Previous experience in the fire safety industry is highly desirable.
