Role Summary

- Years of Experience: Minimum 4 β 6 years in Luxury/HNI/Big Ticket Corporate B2B sales, preferably in luxury, travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium services
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site, 5-day work week
- Work Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (head office)
- Reporting To: Sales Leadership
- Company Presence: Offices in India, Dubai, Singapore, North America
- Compensation Band: INR 8 β 15 LPA, based on relevant experience, interview performance & last drawn compensation

Position Overview
This is a high-impact, individual contributor sales role for a driven, ambitious luxury Sales professional who wants to build and grow a portfolio of UHNI and corporate clients in the global sports travel space.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue by selling premium sports travel, hospitality, and experience-led products to both corporates and individuals (HNIs / UHNIs).
- Owning the full sales cycle β prospecting, pitching, solutioning, closing, and growing key relationships.
- Working closely with the CEO and sales leadership team, you will help position the company as the go-to brand for luxury sports travel and hospitality.
This role is ideal for someone who is a go-getter, self-starter, and hungry to make an impact, who may not yet have an exhaustive UHNI contact book, but has the drive, polish, and persistence to build one.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, prospect, and convert Big Ticket corporate clients, CXOs, business owners, and HNIs/UHNIs for sports based travel, once in lifetime experiences and hospitality solutions.
- Own revenue targets for assigned segments (corporate, B2B, and HNI/B2C where relevant).
- Develop a strong opportunity pipeline through self-generated leads, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Drive end-to-end sales: outreach, meetings, solution proposals, commercial negotiations, and closure.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision makers β CHROs, CMOs, CEOs, promoters, senior leadership, and wealth advisors.
- Understand client needs (incentive travel, rewards programs, VIP experiences, personal bucket-list events) and propose tailor-made sports travel solutions.
- Maintain high standards of client servicing, responsiveness, and follow-through pre and post-sale.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on global sports calendars, marquee events, and premium experience options.
Product & Solution Selling (Sports, Travel & Hospitality)
- Sell a portfolio of sports travel products, including:
- Official tickets + hospitality packages for global sporting events
- Luxury travel itineraries built around sports events (e.g., Olympics, FIFA, Grand Slams, ICC events)
- Corporate incentive/recognition trips and group movements
- Bespoke and curated sports experiences with exclusive access
- Work closely with internal Product, Operations & Hospitality teams to design compelling proposals and deliverables.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and exclusivity of official partnerships and licensed inventory.
Lead Management & Collaboration
- Work on a mix of self-generated leads and marketing-generated leads shared by the performance marketing / digital team.
- Qualify, prioritize and track leads using CRM tools / internal systems.
- Share feedback with the marketing team on lead quality, target segments, and campaign effectiveness.
Geography & Market Coverage
- While the primary base is India, opportunities may span global clients and international markets, especially NRI / global Indian and corporate networks.
- Leverage digital communication and virtual meetings to connect with prospects beyond Mumbai and India, where relevant.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain updated sales reports, pipeline status, and activity trackers for leadership reviews.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor offerings, client buying behaviour, and emerging demand patterns.
- Work closely with the team lead to refine sales strategies, key accounts focus, and target industries.

Qualifications & Skill Sets
- Bachelorβs degree required; a Masterβs in Business / Marketing / Hospitality is an added advantage.
- Minimum 4β6 years of experience in sales / business development / account management in:
- Luxury / premium travel or luxury hospitality
- Big Ticket Experiential events / sports
- Corporate / B2B sales to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and managing premium clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills β comfortable dealing with senior leaders and affluent clients.
- High level of drive, ownership, and resilience β this is a role for someone who enjoys hunting for new business.
- Ability to quickly build networks, open doors, and create relationships in the HNI / corporate ecosystem.
- Well-groomed, polished, and comfortable representing a premium luxury sports brand.
- A deep interest in Global Sports / Sports Events will be a huge plus too.
