Job Title: Senior Manager – Learning & Development

Role Summary:
The Senior Manager – L&D will lead capability-building initiatives across operations and corporate functions, with a strong focus on frontline workforce development, safety, and leadership pipelines. The role will drive structured learning interventions to enhance operational excellence and foster a continuous learning culture aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Training Needs Identification (TNI) & Analysis (TNA) across plant, operations, and support functions
• Conduct skill gap analysis and design targeted development interventions
• Develop and execute annual L&D strategy and training roadmap aligned to business priorities
• Design and deliver technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs
• Implement On-the-Job Training (OJT) frameworks for frontline and supervisory roles
• Drive Organizational Development (OD) initiatives including performance capability enhancement
• Build and manage leadership development programs for supervisors and mid-level managers
• Strengthen capability-building initiatives across field operations, safety, and compliance areas
• Promote a strong learning culture, especially within blue-collar and field-based workforce
• Ensure effective rollout and tracking of compliance, safety, and mandatory training programs
• Monitor training effectiveness using metrics and continuously improve program impact
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Experience in manufacturing, waste management, or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of frontline workforce development and safety training
• Expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and adult learning principles
• Strong stakeholder management across plant and corporate teams
• Data-driven mindset with focus on training ROI and effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA / PG in HR / L&D / Organizational Development
• Certifications in safety training, coaching, or leadership development (preferred)
