Job Title: Senior Manager – Strategic Partnerships (InstaMoney & New Ventures)

Vartis Platforms, founded in 2015, is the holding company of LenDenClub and InstaMoney — a profitable and rapidly scaling FinTech platform.
For the year ended March 2025, Vartis reported a net profit of ₹34 Cr on revenue of ₹236 Cr. The platform serves a community of 3+ crore registered users and has facilitated ₹18,000+ Cr in loan disbursals.
LenDenClub is India’s largest RBI-registered NBFC-P2P platform, enabling individuals to invest and earn stable returns through diversified lending.
InstaMoney (IM) is among India’s top 3 short-term personal loan apps, serving salaried and self-employed borrowers across India through direct channels and embedded partnerships with leading platforms.
We are also building new high-growth financial categories (IV) as part of our next phase of expansion.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Strategic Partnerships across InstaMoney and a new business vertical.
This is a high-ownership, business-critical role focused on building and scaling partnerships that directly drive disbursements, revenue, and distribution scale.
You will not only close deals, but also own partner performance and execution end-to-end.
This role sits within the Business Team at Vartis Platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Partnership Strategy & Pipeline
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic partnerships across:
- Fintech platforms
- Regulated Entities
- Lending Service Providers (LSPs)
- Distribution and embedded finance partners
- Identify high-impact opportunities aligned with business goals
Deal Structuring & Closure
- Lead end-to-end partner acquisition — from sourcing to closure
- Structure partnerships including:
- Commercial models
- Revenue share
- GTM approach and integration flows
- Negotiate and close mid to large-scale partnerships
Partner Ownership & Execution
- Work alongside product as owner for key partnerships post-closure
- Drive onboarding, integration, and go-live with internal teams
- Track performance (disbursements, conversions, quality) and ensure targets are met
- Troubleshoot execution challenges and unblock issues proactively
Growth & Expansion
- Identify opportunities to scale existing partnerships through:
- Upselling / cross-selling
- New use cases / product extensions
- Continuously improve partner contribution to business outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Credit, Tech, and Ops teams
- Ensure seamless partner integration and execution
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships / Business Development / Alliances
- Prior experience in Fintech, Lending, BFSI, Real Estate, or aggregator ecosystems
- Proven ability to close and scale mid-to-large partnerships
- Strong understanding of partnership-led growth and distribution models
- Ability to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Bonus
- Experience working with LSPs, NBFCs or fintech platforms
- Exposure to partnership structuring (commercials, risk sharing etc.)
- Experience managing pan-India partnerships
