Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly strategic and performance-driven Quick Commerce professional to lead our digital commerce function. In this role, you will be fully responsible for managing our D2C eCommerce platform, growing Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) partnerships, driving topline growth, and owning the digital P&L. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of commercial acumen, digital expertise, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- P&L and Sales Ownership: Own the P&L for all digital commerce channels (eCommerce and Q-Commerce). Define and execute revenue growth strategies, monitor key performance metrics (GMV, AOV, CAC, ROAS, profitability), and prepare regular performance forecasts for senior management.
- Quick Commerce Channel Development: Lead partnerships with key Q-Commerce aggregators (e.g., Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto). Optimize product listings, inventory, and pricing, while collaborating on in-app marketing campaigns and joint business plans.
- eCommerce Platform Management: Lead the continuous improvement of our D2C website. Collaborate with product, UX, and marketing teams to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and ensure seamless integration with fulfillment and customer service.
- Strategy & Team Leadership: Develop the annual digital commerce strategy and drive omnichannel initiatives. Lead a high-performing cross-functional team across digital marketing, operations, and platform management.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 6–10 years of experience in eCommerce, Q-Commerce, or digital sales.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or P&L ownership role.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
