Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - LDT
Key Responsibilities and Roles
Project Leadership & Delivery: Independently lead multiple high-impact, cross-functional projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery while managing competing priorities effectively.
Stakeholder Management & Influence: Collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders across towers, effectively articulating value propositions and securing buy-in for transformation initiatives.
Solution Selling: Drive adoption of process improvements by clearly presenting benefits, business impact, and ROI to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
Data Analysis & Tools: Utilize statistical tools (e.g., Minitab) and data-driven insights to identify root causes and implement actionable, evidence-based solutions.
Methodology Implementation: Apply Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and standardization.
Mentorship: Coach and guide Green and Yellow Belts on Lean Six Sigma tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives by aligning teams, managing resistance, and embedding sustainable process improvements into operations.
Financial & Operational Impact: Deliver measurable outcomes, including cost optimization, productivity improvement, cycle time reduction, and enhanced customer experience.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA, BTech, Masters
- Strong understanding of AI observability, reliability, and cost optimization
- Understanding of ethical and responsible AI
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Awareness of AI systems and tools available in the market; experience working with AI platforms is an added advantage
- Exposure to BOT development teams and automation initiatives (RPA) is preferred
- Experience in macro development (e.g., Excel VBA) is an added advantage
- Experience building AI platforms or reusable AI frameworks
- Exposure to enterprise-scale AI systems
- Strong understanding of AI safety, explain ability, and responsible AI practices
- Ability to challenge requirements and simplify complex or over-engineered solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
