We’re hiring a Senior Manager / Key Account Manager at StepOne.
We’re a growing experiential and B2B-focused agency, working across fintech, HR-tech and enterprise brands — and we’re currently restructuring our Client Servicing team to build stronger ownership and depth.
This role sits at the core of that shift.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning end-to-end client relationships across key accounts
- Managing projects from brief → strategy → execution → closure
- Driving repeat business and account growth
- Working closely with Ops, Design, and Finance
- Leading and developing junior team members
What we're looking for:
- 4–7 years of experience in events / experiential / B2B marketing
- Strong client management + communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple accounts with ownership
- Commercial awareness (budgets, margins, basic P&L understanding)
- Someone who is comfortable in both thinking and execution
We’re not a “premium agency” yet, but we are actively building towards that.
This role is for someone who wants to grow with that journey, not step into something already polished.
You won’t just manage accounts. You’ll help shape how we build our Key Accounts vertical going forward.
