Job Title: Senior Manager – Channel Sales / Enterprise Sales

About the Role
StaffAnchor is hiring on behalf of its client in the IT solutions space for a dynamic and result-oriented sales leader to drive growth across Channel Sales and Enterprise Sales in the NCR region. This role requires strong industry connects, an ownership mindset, and the ability to drive complex IT solution sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through channel partners and/or direct enterprise accounts
- Build, manage, and expand partner ecosystem (distributors, VARs, SIs)
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across key industries
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with OEMs and internal technical teams for solutioning
- Develop strategic account plans and ensure long-term customer engagement
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in IT sales (Channel / Enterprise)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationships with partners, OEMs, and enterprise clients in NCR
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
