Role & responsibilities
- The candidate will manage ERP projects end-to-end, oversee system integrations and ensure data integrity.
- The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities and business process understanding.
- Evaluate current ERP capabilities and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Lead ERP implementation, upgrade and migration projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve processes.
- Translate business needs into ERP configurations and technical solutions.
- Oversee ERP operations and issue resolution.
- Ensure ERP processes comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience. Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or similar industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Production and HR.
- Experience with ERP customization, workflows, APIs and integrations.
- Understanding of databases, reporting tools and business intelligence platforms.
- Highly competent in Project and stakeholder management.
