The Senior Manager, Information Technology will lead a dynamic team of IT professionals of various disciplines to support the company’s technological infrastructure and strategic IT initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that support business objectives. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT systems and ensures they align with business goals. The Senior Manager of IT will work closely with senior leadership to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and ensure the security and reliability of IT operations.
Role Overview:
-As a Sr technical service delivery manager to lead complex, high-impact data and analytics initiatives within our HCM Suite.
-The Senior manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of projects spanning HR (Time, and Payroll domains).
-This role requires a strategic leader who can manage a diverse, cross-functional team of Developers, QA, Data Modelers, product owners to drive automation and reporting excellence.
-Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Analytics Strategy: Manage the data lifecycle and analytics roadmap for the HCM suite, ensuring robust reporting capabilities and AI-driven automation.
- Project & Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining a deep understanding of infrastructure, security, and data privacy processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5+ members, including Dev, QA, DM, and Dev/Ops across global regions (including India and Mexico).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and senior stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular status updates
- Operational Excellence: Drive conflict resolution and ensure high-quality delivery standards across all project phases.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must have 12+ years of experience in the industry
- Technical Domain Expertise: Proven experience in handling data and analytics projects. Strong knowledge of data architecture and analytics within a cloud environment.
- HCM Experience: Desirable expertise in the HR/Payroll space, specifically managing data-heavy projects related to Human Capital Management systems.
- Project Management: Extensive experience in project delivery, conflict resolution, and managing complex dependencies.
- Global Collaboration: Experience managing offshore/nearshore teams (specifically India and Mexico) and navigating different time zones and cultures.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

- Manage Stakeholder and Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with key stakeholders and vendors, ensuring effective communication and successful partnerships.
- Mentorship & Development: Mentor team leads and managers on advanced techniques, helping them grow their technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Operations Excellence: Drive operational improvements across multiple IT teams, leverage data analytics to demonstrate effectiveness, and optimize resource allocation and budget management to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Project Guidance: Guide multiple teams in implementing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure frequent and effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Strategic Alignment: Align IT initiatives with broader business goals and strategies, ensuring technology supports long-term business objectives.
- Strategic Implementation: Ensure that IT practices are strategically implemented to support long-term business goals and objectives.
- Risk Management: Develop and oversee risk management processes for multiple IT teams, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project and operational success.
- Technical Oversight: Provide oversight on the architectural and design aspects of IT, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business needs.
- Team Member Support and Empowerment: Actively support team members by identifying and creating opportunities for skill development, cross-functional exposure, and career advancement, ensuring their success and alignment with organizational goals.
- Vendor Management: To ensure optimal service delivery, evaluate and manage relationships with IT operations vendors and service providers.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, which align with our organization's vision, mission, and values and fall within your scope of practice.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience.
Preferred Certification(s): Any relevant IT Certification.
