Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - Investment & Research. The role is based in Noida and involves leading investment research projects, managing client engagements, and developing strategic investment insights. The selected candidate will oversee the execution of investment strategies, perform in-depth financial analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to assist clients in achieving their investment goals. Other responsibilities include mentoring a team of researchers, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with international stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Investment Management and developing effective Investment Strategies
- Strong expertise in Investments, with hands-on experience in managing portfolios or related activities
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts and market dynamics
- Knowledge in Finance, including budgeting, financial modeling, and performance evaluation
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing and mentoring teams
- Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and client management skills
- Educational background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA/CAIA/FRM are a plus
- Previous professional experience in investment research or related roles within financial services
