Role Purpose
Drive end-to-end brand ownership across international markets by shaping strategy, enabling execution, and influencing HCP adoption—delivering consistent growth and strong brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Lead market-driven planning; define segmentation, positioning, and growth roadmap.
- Execution Excellence: Design and deploy impactful marketing initiatives (in-clinic, digital, scientific).
- Launch Leadership: Drive new product launches and market expansion with structured plans and strong KOL advocacy.
- Market Intelligence: Track performance, competition, and derive actionable insights for strategy refinement.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong engagement with HCPs, KOLs, distributors, and internal teams; enable Sales with effective tools.
- Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional programs that enhance business outcomes and efficiency.
Experience & Qualification
- 7+ years in Pharma Sales & Marketing
- Proven experience in marketing roles (preferably international exposure)
- Postgraduate in Management
- Graduate in Life Sciences / Pharmacy
