Business : Retreading Materials Manufacturing


Location : Kerala (with international travel)


Compensation

Salary : 70k - 75 K ( Maximum 1 Lakh Monthly CTC)

  • (Performance-linked incentives may be considered for the right profile)


Experience

  • 3–8 years of experience in international business development / export sales
  • Prior exposure to Europe and/or US markets is strongly preferred
  • Experience in industrial products, rubber, tyres, chemicals, or manufacturing exports will be an advantage

Our entity is a part of a business Group, a diversified family business group based in Kerala with operations across multiple sectors. our company is focused on manufacturing high-quality retreading materials and is now looking to strengthen and expand its presence in international markets, particularly Europe and the United States.

 

Role Objective

 

We are looking to onboard high-impact business development professionals who can build international relationships, penetrate European and US markets, and convert opportunities into sustained orders. The role is outcome-driven, with a strong emphasis on market entry, customer acquisition, and long-term account development.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

International Market Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and penetrate European and US markets for retreading materials
  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
  • Build relationships with distributors, OEMs, large retreading units, and trade partners

 

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed export orders
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with international clients
  • Own and grow key international accounts over time

 

Relationship & Network Building

  • Establish strong long-term relationships with overseas customers and channel partners
  • Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums (as required)

 

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
  • Provide structured inputs to leadership on product positioning, certifications, and compliance needs for Europe and the US

 

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders
  • Support leadership in improving systems and processes related to international trade

 

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Relationship-driven, with the ability to open doors and close deals
  • High ownership mindset with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Comfortable working in a growing, fast-evolving family business environment

 

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade processes is a plus
