Blix is a fast-scaling STEM toy and robotics brand taking on global markets. We are building our international distribution network across the US, ASEAN, Australia/NZ, and the Middle East — and we need a sharp Business Development professional who has actually been in the room with international buyers and knows how to close.
What You Will Do
• Own the full BD cycle — lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closure across international markets.
• Build and grow a distributor and retail partner network with a clear focus on the US market.
• Develop targeted outreach strategies for specialty toy retailers, STEM distributors, school supply chains, and Amazon channel partners.
• Manage long-term partner relationships to drive reorders, sell-through, and sustained revenue growth.
What We Need
• 4–6 years in international Business Development or export sales — toys, consumer products, STEM/edtech, or a closely related industry.
• Proven, hands-on experience in the US marketplace — you have worked with American distributors, buyers, or retailers and have deals to show for it.
• Strong independent lead generation skills — you build your own lists, find the right contacts, and do not wait for warm introductions.
• Experience running international meetings end-to-end and closing distribution or partnership agreements.
• Comfortable with Incoterms, export documentation, and cross-border trade logistics.
• Knowledge of the US market is a strong plus.
