Role Description:
We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales leader who can build and scale the full inside sales engine end to end. You will own the system, the funnel, and the outcomes, and lead a large team with strong coaching, performance management, and operational rigour.
Responsibilities:
- Own lead conversion and revenue targets for HerKey Pro and other B2C membership products.
- Build the inside sales engine from 0 to 1, then scale it from 10 to 50+ executives with clear operating rhythms.
- Define the funnel architecture, stage definitions, SLAs, scripts, and playbooks so outcomes are predictable and measurable.
- Lead performance management across a large team, including hiring, training, coaching, call-quality audits, and structured feedback.
- Manage internal and outsourced sales functions, including onboarding external vendors, setting output expectations, monitoring quality, and ensuring consistent customer experience across teams.
- Drive telephony and CRM discipline, including routing, dispositions, follow-up logic, queue management, and call monitoring.
- Own data hygiene and reporting accuracy, including lead management rules, deduplication, tagging standards, source attribution, and ensuring the CRM remains the single source of truth.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to improve lead quality, prioritisation, and conversion, and to close the loop on learnings.
- Lead AI-enabled transformation of sales operations, including automation, lead scoring, call insights, and agent productivity tooling.
- Build a culture of accountability and learning, where targets are hit through craft and consistency.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 8+ years of inside sales experience in B2C or high-volume sales environments.
- Has managed 50+ inside sales executives (or has scaled to that range) with clear evidence of performance delivery.
- Has seen a 0 to 1 journey, building processes, playbooks, reporting, and training programmes from scratch rather than inheriting mature systems.
- Strong understanding of funnels and conversion levers, with comfort working backwards from targets into activity, capacity, and hiring plans.
- Hands-on knowledge of telephony systems and CRM workflows, with strong operational discipline.
- Experience managing outsourced vendors or external partners, with clear quality controls and governance.
- Strong data management mindset, comfortable with dashboards, reports, and ensuring clean inputs that lead to reliable outputs.
- Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing managers and reps, including improving underperformance.
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve productivity and consistency across large teams.
- Clear communicator with strong judgement and bias for action.
