Senior Infrastructure Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure across the organization. The role will focus on Microsoft enterprise ecosystem management, device administration, collaboration platforms, authentication systems, and security infrastructure to ensure high availability, secure access, and seamless collaboration across global teams. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 enterprise environments, Azure identity systems, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms, while also leading infrastructure modernization and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Enterprise Platform Management
• Manage and maintain the organization's Microsoft 365 Enterprise environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Oversee enterprise device management
• Ensure seamless integration between on-premise infrastructure and cloud services. Collaboration & Communication Systems
• Manage and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms including: o Microsoft Teams o Exchange Online o SharePoint Online o OneDrive for Business
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, and other meeting room collaboration systems.
• Support hybrid workplace collaboration infrastructure for global teams. Identity & Access Management
• Manage enterprise authentication and identity platforms, including: o Active Directory o Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) o Azure MFA o ADFS
• Implement Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity synchronization.
• Design and enforce identity governance, conditional access policies, and access control frameworks. Security & Compliance
• Implement security best practices across Microsoft platforms including: o Microsoft Defender o Conditional Access Policies o Identity Protection o Endpoint Security
• Manage SharePoint security architecture and data governance policies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements. Endpoint & Device Management
• Lead endpoint management strategy using: o Configuration Manager (SCCM
• Implement policies for: o Device compliance o Application deployment o Patch management o Endpoint security Infrastructure Strategy & Leadership
• Lead infrastructure planning, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to design scalable and secure infrastructure architecture
• Manage vendor relationships and infrastructure support teams.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and operational resilience.
