Qualifications

• Proven experience in information security management roles
• In-depth knowledge of information security principles and practices
• Experience in developing and implementing information security policies and procedures
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security
• Strong understanding of network security, cryptography, identity and access management, and security architecture
• Experience with security risk assessments and vulnerability management
• Knowledge of security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus, and endpoint security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a team
