Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghar for a Senior Manager Human Resources - Plant. The role involves overseeing all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and implementing HR policies. The Senior Manager will collaborate with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensure compliance with labor laws, drive employee engagement, and streamline HR processes for operational efficiency.

• Experience with recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Proficiency in performance management, employee development, and training
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy implementation
• Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment
