Position Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This role is responsible for driving talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives to enable business success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and develop HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on future workforce readiness, leveraging data, people analytics, and AI-driven insights to shape succession planning, capability building, and organizational design.
  • Provide insights on workforce trends, talent gaps, and organizational design.
  • Drive succession planning, career development, and performance management processes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Performance & Compensation

  • Support annual performance review and compensation planning cycles.
  • Advise managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports on attrition, engagement, and workforce metrics.

Change Management

  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth transitions

Minimum Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner within structured, mature organizations, preferably in technology or digital-first environments.
  • Strong grounding in HR fundamentals, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to use HR data, analytics, and AI insights to influence business and people decisions.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience advising senior stakeholders and managing HR teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled HR tools, HRIS, and digital platforms; experience driving adoption is a strong advantage.
