Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnering: Partner with department heads (flight ops, engineering, ground staff) to align HR activities with business goals, ensuring operational continuity.
- Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure adherence to aviation labor laws, safety regulations, and union agreements; manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead high-volume hiring for operational roles, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff, managing the entire onboarding lifecycle.
- Performance & Talent Management: Drive performance appraisal cycles, manage compensation and benefits strategies, and facilitate career development initiatives.
- HR Operations & Digital Transformation: Oversee HR shared services, including payroll coordination, HRIS maintenance, and introducing automation to improve employee experience.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within aviation, transportation, or logistics.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of labor laws, excellent conflict resolution skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Traits: Strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence, and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
