Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager - HRBP located in Bengaluru. The Senior Manager - HRBP will focus on aligning HR best practices with business objectives to foster a high-performance culture. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to develop HR strategies, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role also involves supporting workforce planning and driving employee engagement initiatives to build organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Policies and foundational Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Experience with Performance Management systems and processes
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Prior experience in managing HRBP functions within a dynamic and fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications like SHRM, PHR preferred)
- Experience working in the tech industry or similar fast-paced environments is a plus
