As Senior Manager – HR Delivery (APAC), you will play a strategic leadership role in driving HR operations and service delivery across India, China, Malaysia, and South Korea. You will lead a regional HR Delivery team, partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, and ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR services while supporting business growth and organizational transformation.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who combines operational excellence with strategic thinking and enjoys working in a fast-paced, multicultural, matrix organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRegional HR Service Delivery
- Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across India, China, Malaysia, and South Korea.
- Ensure efficient execution of core HR operations with high service standards and defined SLAs.
- Manage and prioritize HR operational requests while driving continuous process improvements.
- Develop scalable and standardized HR delivery practices across the region.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional HR Delivery team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build team capability to support changing business and organizational needs.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters.
- Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and performance-related cases.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple APAC countries.
- Partner with legal and business leaders to minimize organizational risk.
HR Policies & Governance
- Implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures aligned with regional regulations and global standards.
- Drive governance initiatives that enhance employee experience while ensuring compliance.
- Support regional compensation and annual reward processes in partnership with Reward and HR teams.
Performance & Manager Capability
- Strengthen performance management practices across the region.
- Coach managers on employee performance, development conversations, and people leadership.
- Promote a high-performance culture focused on engagement and accountability.
HR Technology & Digital Transformation
- Partner with HR Systems teams to optimize HR technologies, workflow automation, and AI-enabled processes.
- Champion digital adoption and continuous improvement of HR service delivery.
- Drive efficiency through technology-enabled people practices.
Data & Analytics
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of regional HR data.
- Utilize people analytics and business insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Develop HR dashboards and reporting for senior leadership.
Employee Experience
- Collaborate with Talent, Learning, and Culture teams to enhance the employee lifecycle from onboarding through development and engagement.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employer brand and employee satisfaction across the region.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or professional HR certification is preferred.
- 12 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Delivery.
- Proven leadership experience managing regional or international HR teams within a matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices across multiple APAC countries, particularly India, China, Malaysia, and South Korea.
- Experience handling complex employee relations cases and supporting business leaders.
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, HR technologies, workflow automation, and people analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
