Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead and drive key HR initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Strategic HR partnering. The role requires a strong leader capable of aligning HR strategies with business goals while ensuring a high-performance and people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and workforce planning for business-critical roles.
- Drive Performance Management processes including goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and succession planning.
- Partner with leadership teams on organizational development and people strategy.
- Strengthen employee engagement, retention, culture-building, and grievance management initiatives.
- Manage HR Operations, policy implementation, compliance, and HR governance.
- Develop and execute Learning & Development and leadership development programs.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to drive operational excellence and business alignment.

Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, engineering, or corporate environments will be an added advantage.
Preferred Profile
- Mature, confident, and business-oriented HR leader.
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Candidate based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai preferred.
