Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Manager - HR, based in Najafgarh. The role involves overseeing and managing HR strategies, including strategic planning, employee recruitment, on-boarding processes, talent management, and formulating policies aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering employee engagement, and implementing effective HR practices to enhance workplace culture and drive performance.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in strategic HR management, organizational development, and talent acquisition
- Strong skills in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and team management
- Experience in policy formulation, HR compliance, and implementing HR best practices
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and produce actionable insights
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and related software is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in HR management; experience with startups or MSMEs is advantageous
