Sr. Manager/Head Talent Acquisition
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and result-driven Sr. Manager/Head – Talent Acquisition to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across the organization. The role will be responsible for designing hiring strategies, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and building a strong talent pipeline to support the firm’s growth. The position will oversee IT and Non-IT hiring across levels, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with business priorities.

Experience: 6 – 12 years
Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and execute the organization’s overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing strategy, interview management, offer closure, and onboarding coordination.
· Drive hiring across IT and Non-IT functions including consulting, risk advisory, markets/revenue, internal audit, compliance, operations, technology, and corporate roles.
· Partner closely with Partners, Directors, and Business Heads to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring plans.
· Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, recruitment partners, and campus engagements.
· Oversee recruitment governance, approvals, documentation, and compliance standards across hiring processes.
· Manage and evaluate external recruitment partners and vendors to ensure quality hiring, optimal turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
· Monitor recruitment metrics, track hiring progress, and present ATS-driven MIS reports, dashboards, and hiring insights to leadership on a fortnightly basis.
· Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s positioning in the talent market.
· Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant postgraduate qualification.
· 6–12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
· Prior experience in consulting firms, professional services, advisory, audit, or financial services organizations is highly preferred.
· Strong experience in hiring consultants, specialists, and leadership roles.
· Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
· Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to handle high-volume and niche hiring simultaneously.
· Data-driven mindset with strong reporting, analytics, and recruitment planning capabilities.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
