Role Overview
Own the design of travel offerings across destinations. This includes deciding which hotels, activities, and itineraries we sell to create travel experiences that match our customer preferences (e.g., relaxed pace, fewer crowds, high-quality stays).
Key Responsibilities
Travel Offering Design
- Select hotels, activities, and experiences to include in our travel packages.
- Design destination itineraries that match customer expectations (e.g., less hectic, well-paced trips).
- Continuously refine offerings based on customer feedback and booking data.
Market Understanding
- Track destination trends, competitor packages, and evolving traveler preferences.
- Identify better hotels, experiences, and routing to improve our packages.
Supplier Collaboration
- Work with hotels, DMCs, and suppliers to highlight market gaps and co-create new offerings
A good Fit would be:
- 2-4 years of experience in Consulting/ high growth startups
- Top tier college like IITs/NITs/ Top DU colleges
- Ability to adjust in a 6 days working/ high intensity setup
