What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
- You will be responsible for strategically driving growth in traffic and transactions on the Now Now platform
- Own the performance of key growth marketing channels such as CRM, Affiliate marketing and Digital Marketing on social media platforms
- Keep key business stakeholders updated with market and competitive insights
- Use a structured approach to identify and analyze business problems
- Undertake competitive research and benchmarking
- Effectively communicate insights to ensure data-driven decision making in the organization
- Build and maintain dashboards for reporting of key metrics
Requirements
- Individuals with minimum 5 years of work experience
- The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- A dedicated individual who has the drive to constantly learn and come up with new ideas
- An individual who has strong problem solving and teams skills
- An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Avid curiosity and passion to take on tough challenges
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
Key Skills Required
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Experience in the similar industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Hands-on experience in SQL / Bigquery or any programming language is preferable
