Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Manager/Group Head at Pepper. The individual will lead, manage, and oversee teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality content-related initiatives. Responsibilities include strategizing content marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering projects aligned with business goals. Monitoring performance metrics and driving optimization efforts are integral to this role. Collaboration with leadership to align team efforts with organizational objectives will also be a significant aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in using AI-powered marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience managing large teams and working on large-scale marketing projects preferred.
