π The ideal candidate is a high-performing international enterprise technology sales professional with 7 to 12 years of experience selling IT services, AI, analytics, ERP, cloud, CRM, digital transformation, or enterprise technology solutions to global markets.
π Candidates with strong international exposure across North America (largest / primary market), Middle East (primary market), and some India region expertise (emerging market) in enterprise tech companies will be strongly preferred.

Position Overview
We at HR Interface Recruitment Consulting are hiring a Sr Manager β International Sales (AI & Enterprise Tech) for one of our fast-growing global technology clients based out of India. This is a high-impact enterprise sales and new business acquisition role focused on driving international growth across AI, ERP, analytics, cloud, CRM, enterprise automation, Vision AI, and digital transformation ecosystems.
The incumbent will work directly with the founders and leadership team & get a lot of support from them to play a critical role in expanding the companyβs enterprise client footprint in North American & UAE markets with some India expansion too.
This role is ideal for a commercially mature consultative sales professional with 8 to 12 years of experience who understands enterprise transformation journeys deeply and can confidently engage CXOs, business leaders, digital transformation heads, and operational stakeholders.
We are specifically looking for individuals who are capable of selling business outcomes, operational efficiency, org transformation, automation, and enterprise modernization β not just technology services.

Role & Responsibilities
π International New Business Acquisition
- Drive enterprise client acquisition across North America, Middle East, and India markets
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic enterprise opportunities
- Generate new business through consultative outreach, networking, referrals, partnerships, and market engagement
πΌ Consultative Enterprise Solution Selling
- Understand operational business challenges and digital transformation requirements
- Position AI, analytics, ERP, CRM, Vision AI, enterprise automation, and transformation solutions strategically
- Lead discovery-led consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders
- Translate operational pain points into commercial transformation opportunities
π€ CXO Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with founders, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, business heads, and digital transformation leaders
- Lead executive presentations, commercial discussions, strategic pitches, and proposal conversations
- Operate as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional seller
π Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own revenue targets and drive consistent business closures
- Maintain strong sales cadence, pipeline discipline, and commercial forecasting
- Collaborate closely with founders, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to accelerate closures
βοΈ Global Market Expansion
- Represent the organization at global conferences, industry forums, trade fairs, and ecosystem events
- Identify emerging markets, growth opportunities, and strategic client segments
- Drive visibility and market expansion initiatives globally

Qualifications & Skills
- Engineering graduates (B.E. / B.Tech) will be highly preferred.
- MBA (preferably in Marketing / International Business / Strategy) is strongly preferred for this strategic international sales role.
- 10 to 14 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, international business development, or consultative IT services sales.
- Strong experience selling to international markets, especially North America & Middle East.
- Experience in AI, ERP, analytics, cloud, CRM, enterprise technology, SaaS, or digital transformation environments preferred.
- Strong consultative selling capability with enterprise stakeholders.
- Ability to engage CXO-level decision-makers confidently.
- Strong commercial acumen and revenue ownership mindset.
- Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and negotiation capability.
- Experience managing large enterprise opportunities and long sales cycles preferred.
- Strong network / relationships within target industries will be highly advantageous.
- Passport readiness and global travel flexibility preferred.
- US visa holders highly preferred due to travel being essential for this role.
