YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a professional in the field, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various interior execution projects from initiation to completion. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
10+ years of experience bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
7-8 years of relevant experience in premium interior design and execution projects
Proven track record of successfully managing projects, coordinating vendors, and achieving project goals
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, and regulations
Key Responsibilities
Project Schedule Management
Monitor, coordinate, and schedule construction progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines
Manage the construction process from start to finish, specifically for civil and interior works
Understand critical path analysis and deploy resources efficiently to maximize construction efficiency
Ensure smooth coordination between project stakeholders to minimize delays and resolve scheduling conflicts
Vendor and Team Management
Coordinate and manage contractors, ensuring their compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Implement effective quality management processes to maintain the highest standards of workmanship
Manage project schedules and allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity
Maintain contractor documentation, including agreements, permits, and licenses
Forecast material requirements and coordinate timely procurement to avoid project delays
Track and ensure compliance with contractor obligations, including deliverables, milestones, and payments
Facilitate design change management processes, ensuring proper documentation and seamless implementation
Technical Work Methodologies
Possess a comprehensive understanding of various technical work methodologies, including but not limited to flooring and cladding, false ceiling installation, painting, wall paneling, and façade works
Collaborate with contractors and teams to ensure the efficient execution of technical tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
