We are looking for a qualified finance professional to lead financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance activities. The role involves managing standalone and consolidated financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving process improvements across finance functions.
Key Reporting
- Prepare and finalize standalone financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and the Companies Act
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Prepare schedules, notes to accounts, and financial disclosures
- Perform variance analysis and analytical reviews
Consolidation & Group Reporting
- Review consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures
- Validate consolidation adjustments, eliminations, and intercompany reconciliations
- Ensure consistency in accounting policies across group entities
Subsidiary Oversight
- Review financials of domestic and international subsidiaries
- Monitor reporting timelines and improve reporting quality
- Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations
ERP & Finance Transformation
- Support ERP implementations or upgrades (SAP/Oracle or similar)
- Contribute to chart of accounts design and reporting structures
- Drive automation and standardization initiatives across finance processes
MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare and review MIS reports for senior leadership
- Analyze business performance across segments, geographies, and units
- Monitor cash flows, cost structures, and profitability
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), and other regulations
- Manage statutory audits, limited reviews, and regulatory filings
- Liaise with auditors and support resolution of audit queries
- Assist in preparation of annual reports and board presentations
Key Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- 7+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or audit
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI regulations
- Experience working in a multi-entity / group environment
- Hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Proven team management and stakeholder handling experience
