ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Finance Manager to build and scale our finance function. You will own the financial backbone of a fast-growing, profitable company operating across 15+ countries with 800+ contractors.
This is an operations role where you will handle the full financial lifecycle: monthly closes, contractor payments, multi-entity compliance, and cash flow management. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure we are tracking unit economics, managing risk, and maintaining compliance across all jurisdictions.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Monthly Financial Operations - P&L, cash flow forecasts, balance sheet, and variance analysis
- Contractor & Vendor Management - Process and track 800+ international contractor payments across multiple currencies
- Payroll Operations - Manage India and international payroll cycles
- Compliance - GST, TDS, statutory filings across multiple entities
- Financial Reporting - Investor and founder-level reporting packages
- Treasury Management - Multi-bank operations across multiple currencies
- Systems & Processes - Work with existing accounting systems (Xero) and finance tools
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE:
- 5-8 years in finance operations, accounting, or financial management
- At least 2 years managing finance in a multi-jurisdiction environment
- CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Experience with high-volume payment processing and contractor management
SKILLS
- Strong Excel/Sheets proficiency and ability to build financial models
- Familiarity with accounting systems (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable with remote work and async communication
NICE TO HAVE
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Exposure to India GST/TDS compliance
- Experience managing global contractor networks
- Familiarity with automation tools or scripting
