About Findoc Finvest
Findoc Finvest is a leading NBFC and part of the Findoc Group, delivering innovative financial solutions across lending and investment businesses. We are looking for an experienced finance professional to strengthen our Finance & Accounts function and ensure regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements under IGAAP & Ind AS.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze branch/product profitability.
- Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure integrity and reconciliation of the Lending Management System (LMS) and Accounting System.
- Prepare and file RBI returns on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
- Manage end-to-end Income Tax compliance, including TDS deduction, deposit, return filing, tax audit, ITR filing, and responding to notices.
- Ensure GST compliance, including return filing, input tax credit, RCM, reconciliations, audits, and implementation of GST-related system controls.
- Process and reconcile vendor and employee payments.
- Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and GST auditors.
- Review monthly DPD reports received from the Operations team and escalate discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate NPA accounting, income reversal, and provisioning as per regulatory guidelines.
- Validate Fixed Asset Register (FAR) updates and monthly depreciation calculations.
- Reconcile lending and accounting data to ensure system accuracy.
- Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
- Lead implementation of finance and accounting enhancements within the lending system.
- Perform monthly reconciliation between operations and finance reports and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and Risk Control Matrices (RCMs).
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts within an NBFC.
- Strong understanding of Ind AS, RBI regulations, Income Tax, GST, Financial Reporting, and Audit.
- Hands-on experience with LMS/ERP systems, accounting reconciliations, and financial controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 3+ years of post-CA experience preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in NBFC finance will be given preference.
- MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute is an added advantage.
